Cabinet Tronix uses high-end stainless-steel swivel caster wheel sets which not only make the entire unit more stable, but they keep the wheels, locks and bearings from rusting or breaking. In addition, the cabinet is much easier to move around, and the sturdy wheel locks can hold more weight than the cheaper wheels.
Cabinet Tronix uses premium reversed ¾ inch Kiln dried Ipe (versus air dried) which is close to eight times harder than Teak and has a fire rating akin to that of concrete and steel, making it ultra long-lasting. The material naturally repels bugs, rot, mold and moisture, so it is the perfect choice for outdoor furniture.
To protect the interior electronics as weather changes from high to low and humid to dry, your cabinet comes pre-installed with a power bar surge protector with the highest outdoor rating.
Two interior electronic walls with professional electronics and wiring come pre-installed. Both interior boards have sheathings of protective Sunbrella material. Professional commercial grade weather seal stripping locks out moisture.
An Iroko access door on the back of the cabinet seals and attaches with stainless steel bolts provides easy access into cabinet cavity. We do not recommend burying our TV lift cabinet unless the work is done by a professional electronics contractor.
A durable hand-held up and down RF remote control will be pre-installed in your cabinet. If you would prefer to switch out and integrate with an infrared, contact closure or IP remote platform, we can do easily do that.
Your TV lift cabinet system will arrive pre-installed with an infrared repeater system so that you can use your cable box remote without line of site. There will be no external eye on the cabinet.
Iroko solid wood color bodies to select from: Unstained, clear, Teak Stain, Silver Poplar, Basalt Gray, Quartz Grey, or patina. Top colors to select from: White, Flat black or gray.
The 360-degree manual swivel can be a game changer. If the swivel is added, the TV and sound bar can be rotated for viewing from various places in your outdoor living area. The swivel can also help with sun glare. The swivel has a safety feature that restricts the TV from being lowered unless it is in the original position.
Price of the swivel is based on the size of TV and/or configuration that is being used. Call or email in for details. If simply using a 55inch TV under most circumstances the price is $750.
The sound bar bracket and/or added space allows for sound to travel up and down with the TV.
Price of the sound bar shelf, plate or space will depend on the size of TV and/ or configuration.
If using a 55 inch TV under most circumstances the shelf is $200.
