All pieces are made to order based on your needs. Below serves as a guide based on certain size TV’s. Max TV dimensions are based on the actual size of the TV body itself without a stand. Dimensions can be customizable. Note: adding space for sound bar or doing double sided design may increase size and price.

The optional 360-degree manual swivel allows the TV to be manually turned 180 degrees in each direction. This is a great option for cabinets positioned at the foot of the bed, center of the room, or in a corner. The swivel has a connected safety feature that restricts the TV from being lowered unless it is in the original home position.

The sound bar bracket allows for a sound to travel up and down with the TV. There is a custom application where the sound bar does not have to travel up and down. If you’re considering this option, please discuss it with the Cabinet Tronix design consultant assigned to your project.

Cabinet Tronix uses Conversion Varnish which is one of the best (if not the best) finishes that can be applied to furniture, cabinets and wood in general.
When looking for the right finish, many cabinetmakers/finishers will usually pick one of two options: varnish or lacquer. The results may look similar, but there are some key differences to these two materials.
Conversion varnish has twice the dry
film thickness as lacquer. This makes it more durable and less likely to scratch over time.
CV is slightly more elastic than lacquer. Elasticity is an advantage for wood joint expansion and reduces the chance of cracks at the joints.
Conversion varnish has a higher solid content (about 40%-60% solids by volume), which means it doesn’t need as many coats to build an appropriate film build.
Because it applies smoother and is a more durable finish, CV is pretty easy to clean, making it a perfect finish for cabinet doors that can often get food stuck on them.
